# Esqueci minha senha da conta Stark Bank

Saiba como recuperar sua senha de acesso à conta do Stark Bank.

Se você esqueceu a sua senha de acesso, não se preocupe. O processo de recuperação é rápido e pode ser feito tanto pelo Internet Banking quanto pelo aplicativo do Stark Bank.

### Passo a passo para recuperar a senha

1. Abra o aplicativo no seu celular ou acesse a página de login pelo Internet Banking (<https://web.starkbank.com/signin>)
2. Informe o workspace: Digite o nome do *workspace* da sua empresa e avance para a próxima tela.
3. Solicite a redefinição: Na etapa em que o sistema pede o seu e-mail e senha, clique no link "**Esqueceu sua senha?**".
4. A partir daí, basta seguir o fluxo de recuperação na tela. Um e-mail será enviado para o seu e-mail cadastrado para que você possa criar uma nova senha com segurança.
