# Como acessar minha conta no Stark Bank pelo App?

Aprenda como acessar sua conta no Stark Bank pelo app iOS ou Android. Veja o passo a passo completo para login seguro com o Stark Auth.

O aplicativo do Stark Bank é utilizado **apenas** para o **gerenciamento de cartões**. Para acessar informações como extrato e outras funcionalidades da conta, o acesso deve ser feito via navegador (Internet Banking).

### **Acessar via App (iOS ou Android)**

**1️⃣ Abra o app do Stark Bank no seu celular**

Caso não tenha o app, ele está disponível gratuitamente nas lojas oficiais:

* **App Store (iOS)**
* **Google Play (Android)**

**2️⃣ Informe o workspace da sua empresa**

Digite o nome do **workspace** da sua empresa, por exemplo:

```
SUA-EMPRESA.starkbank.com
```

Se não souber qual é o workspace, clique em **"Encontre seu workspace"** e siga as instruções na tela.

**3️⃣ Faça o login com seu e-mail e senha**

Digite seu e-mail e senha cadastrados.

Se não lembrar a senha, clique em **"Esqueceu sua senha?"** e siga o processo de recuperação.

4️⃣ **Autorize o acesso com o Stark Auth** 

Se o **Stark Auth** estiver no mesmo celular, clique em "**Autentique via Stark Auth**". 

Se o ele estiver em outro celular, escaneie o **QR Code** que aparece na tela do app.

No **Stark Auth**, confira os detalhes do login e toque em **"Aprovar"**.
