# Como cancelar ou estornar um boleto no Stark Bank?

Entenda as regras e restrições para cancelar boletos no Stark Bank.

O cancelamento de um boleto no Stark Bank é um procedimento definitivo que interrompe a validade do título de cobrança. Para realizar esta ação com segurança, siga as etapas abaixo:

1. Acesse sua conta Stark Bank em <https://web.starkbank.com/signin>
2. No menu superior do seu workspace, selecione a opção Recebimentos
3. No menu lateral, clique em Boletos
4. Localize e clique no nome do cliente associado ao título
5. Selecione a caixa de seleção ao lado esquerdo do boleto que deseja invalidar
6. No painel lateral direito, clique em Deletar boleto
7. Confirme a exclusão no prompt de segurança

**Prazo de Processamento**: O cancelamento é comunicado à CIP/NUCLEA em até **1h30**. Durante este intervalo, o boleto ainda poderá ser liquidado pelo pagador.\
**Irreversibilidade**: Esta ação é permanente. Uma vez confirmado, o boleto será removido do seu workspace e não poderá ser reativado.

Feito este processo, o boleto estará devidamente cancelado e impossibilitado de pagamento após o período de sincronização bancária.

### Em quanto tempo um boleto cancelado é removido do DDA?

Após ser cancelado, o boleto cancelado pode levar até 48 horas para ser removido do DDA. Não é necessário nenhuma ação adicional.
