# Qual a diferença entre comprovante de pagamento e comprovante de agendamento?

Entenda os dois tipos de comprovantes disponíveis no Stark Bank.

De forma direta:

* **Comprovante de pagamento** é gerado quando o dinheiro já saiu da conta e foi processado.
* **Comprovante de agendamento** é gerado quando a transação foi aprovada, mas ainda não foi concluída.

## Quando usar cada tipo de comprovante?

**Comprovante de pagamento**

* É gerado após a execução efetiva da transação (Pix, TED, boleto, tributo etc.);
* Serve como documento oficial para fornecedores, auditoria e contabilidade.

**Comprovante de agendamento**

* É gerado logo após a aprovação, mas antes da execução;
* Indica que o pagamento está programado para o futuro;
* Pode ser usado como controle interno ou aviso ao recebedor.
