# Como baixar um comprovante?

Saiba onde encontrar e baixar comprovantes de Pix, TED, boletos e outros pagamentos no Stark Bank.

Você mesmo pode baixar os comprovantes pelo internet banking do Stark Bank. Basta localizar a transação e clicar em **Baixar comprovante**.

## Passo a passo para baixar um comprovante

1. Acesse sua conta no Stark Bank em [web.starkbank.com/signin](https://web.starkbank.com/signin)
2. Escolha um dos caminhos a seguir:
   1. **Extrato** > **Transações** > **Filtrar**
   2. **Operações** > **Pagamento** > **Filtrar**
   3. **Pagamentos** > **Centro de custo** > Aba **Pagas** > **Filtrar**
3. No filtro, para facilitar a busca, escolha o período e digite **Tags** para buscar a transação
4. Clique na transação, e depois em **Baixar comprovante**
5. O download será iniciado automaticamente

Apenas transações concluídas geram comprovante de **pagamento**.

Se a transação ainda não foi executada, o comprovante baixado será de **agendamento**.
