# Como encerrar um Workspace?

Saiba como encerrar um Workspace vinculado à sua conta Stark Bank

O Stark Bank preza pela transparência e segurança em todos os processos. Se houver o interesse em encerrar um Workspace vinculado à sua empresa no Stark Bank, o procedimento deve ser realizado formalmente pelo **representante legal** da empresa.

#### Procedimento para solicitação

Para iniciar o processo de encerramento, o **representante legal** deve enviar uma solicitação para o e-mail: 📧 **<help@starkbank.com>**

O e-mail deve obrigatoriamente conter as seguintes informações:

1. CNPJ da empresa;
2. Número do Workspace que será encerrado.

#### Saldo remanescente após o encerramento do Workspace

Caso o Workspace seja encerrado e existam outros Workspaces ativos vinculados ao CNPJ em questão, o saldo remanescente será transferido para o Workspace ativo mais antigo.

Caso o Workspace seja encerrado e seja o único Workspace ativo, a conta da empresa também será encerrada e o saldo remanescente poderá ser resgatado pelo Sistema de Valores a Receber (SVR), ferramenta oficial do Banco Central do Brasil.

O SVR permite que pessoas físicas e jurídicas consultem e solicitem a devolução de valores disponíveis em instituições financeiras após o encerramento de vínculos.
