# Como funcionam os Bloqueios Judiciais na conta Stark Bank?

Entenda o processo dos bloqueios judiciais na conta Stark Bank

Um bloqueio judicial é uma ordem legal para restringir o acesso a fundos em uma conta bancária ou em investimentos de pessoa física ou jurídica.

O processo de bloqueio no Stark Bank segue uma ordem de prioridade:

1. Saldo em Conta Corrente: O bloqueio é aplicado primeiramente sobre o saldo disponível e não comprometido na conta.
2. Saldo em Investimentos: Caso não haja saldo suficiente na conta corrente, o bloqueio incide sobre o saldo livre de investimentos.

#### Como funciona o bloqueio de investimentos vinculados a limite de crédito?

O bloqueio afeta apenas o valor não utilizado do investimento.

* Exemplo: Se você possui R$ 10.000,00 em investimentos que servem como limite de crédito e já utilizou R$ 3.000,00, o bloqueio será aplicado sobre os R$ 7.000,00 restantes.

#### Como realizar o desbloqueio?

O valor permanece indisponível na conta até que o tribunal decida se o montante será liberado (desbloqueio) ou utilizado para quitar a dívida (penhora).
